for about a million times, Spanish people are white, they are just mainly of a type called 'Mediterranean' which usually has darker hair,olive skin,brown eyes.All Europeans are descended from about 9 women and the Spanish dna is no different than any other Europeans .

  many celtic tribes lived in Spain in ancient times so yes you can get fair/red hair and blue eyes--just like in Northen Italy.

spanish people are not white at all, and yes many white people immigrated to spain during the war and alot have intergrated with spain decendants leaving there offspring to have caucasion attributes like red and blond hair.
