  1. why the heck do u need a video its the simplest thing in volleyball........ur ready posistion to pass (bump) is w/ ur knees bent and ur hips back with ur hands our in front of u UP ready to pass. for ur arms.........put one hand out in front of u palm up. then put ur other hand palm up on top of ur other hand making a 90 degree angle. then just kinda roll ur hands together so the "meaty" part of ur thumbs are together. when u do go to pass, shuffle to the ball, square up to ur target, and jsut lightly bump the ball. dont swing or stand up! keep it straight and simple!

  2. How about high resolution diagrams instead.

Here is some diagrams from the USAV web site.

  3. It's so easy, all you do is put your hands together and hit the ball with your forearm.

  4. I'm don't have a video, but I've been playing for 3 years, so maybe I can help you.  Never lace your fingers together when your going to bump.  Make one hand into a fist and cup the other hand around it.

Keep your arms straight, and your knees bent. Your butt should be really close to the ground. You never swing your arms, you take a step forward, and you unbend your legs.

If you are returning a hard spike, don't move your legs at all, just face the setter, and adjust the angle of your arms. You will have to experiement with the angles. A good way to get better is to bump the ball against a wall as many times as you can.
