  1. I'm watching one right now - Toshiba 28WD98B, 28" widescreen 100Hz with built in surround sound & 5 speakers - fantastic, cost me £25 off Ebay.

    I also have the 32" version, 32ZD09B, Dolby 5.1, cost £10 off Ebay with it's original stand. Fantastic tellies!


  2. Yep, there's a variety of really good tv's below the 32inch mark.

    Panasonic has this award winning 26inch tv that is excellent for hd video playback and even accepts 24 frames a second from blu-ray hd disks, showing their full detail in every pixel on the tv.

    There is also a monitor company called eizo which makes a 24inch monitor with hdmi ports, so it also acts as a tv set for hd film playback, games or broadcasts. It's a fairly pricey set, but has been highly recommended by tv reviewers as the best 24inch flatscreen available.

    And both of the above mentioned screens feature 100 hz smooth motion technology.
