I turned 18 in May and just want a new play to chill and a lounge is my best bet.

You can go to most any lounge in Atlanta, you just can't drink.

They will give you a stamp at the door that tells the bartender that you aren't 21 yet. I don't know what you are into, but try out Little Five Points. They have a lot of cool bars. What part of ATL. are you in? Check out this link.
