Are there any Add-ons that I should disable?

I have noticed in my internet explorer options that different Add-ons keep appearing and dissappearing. Is this normal,and is there any Add-ons that I should be weary of and disable?

If you have IE7 and it is ok,leave it alone.There have been a lot of crash reports lately,so just leave it alone and have a bit of patience,it will all come right,cheers mate.IEPRO  is not worth you getting it, because you dont need it.

Usually there will be an add-on attatched to things that you download from the internet or software you get from the shop, and you will have the option to use it or not, basicly you must be causing them to get on your computer somehow.  I say disable or delete any add-ons that you don't need or never use, they can slow your machine down or carry spyware and viruses.
