Are there any Administration jobs available in Hertford, Hertfordshire?

Question

I have recently finished a BTEC in Secretarial, Administration and Business.Therefore, I am in the process of trying to find employment within an Office or Administration enviornment in Hertford.

It is very hard to find vacancies...I have tried Reed, Blue Arrow and they dont seem to actually want to help me!

I need to find a job as soon as possible, because I have bills to pay!

Any advice or help or vacancies you know of would be gratefully recieved!!

Temp to get the experience, once you have the experience you can apply for a permanent role.

Get your CV and take it around all the recruitment agencies in the area's you want to work and do all thier tests.

Employment aganeies are, in my opinion, a waste of space. Recruitment Consultants are technically sales people who do not care about finding employment for their customers. They are far more interested in their own sales commission.

My advice would be to scan your local paper(s) and concentrate on the JobCentre. You are far more likely to find the job you want that way - as you are the one who controls the type of jobs that you go for.

Remember, that when you are completing the Personal Details section of the Application Form, relate your experience to what the employer has stated in the Person Specification (the document that lists the "Essential" and the "Desirable" qualifications/experience for the job). Use practical examples.
