Are there any American born players in English Premier League?

I've always enjoyed soccer, and have begun watching the English Premier League. Just wondering if there's any American born players on any of these teams? Thanks much.

Currently there is only 5 American born players playing in the premiership

Aston Villa - Brad Friedel - Goalkeeper and Brad Guzan - Goalkeeper (Guzan hasn't played for aston villa yet, he was playing with the USA at the Olympics so hasn't played in any of Aston villa's pre season games or the game they played today)

Fulham - Eddie Johnson - Forward and Clint Dempsey - Midfielder

West Ham - Jonathan Spector - Defender

Edit:  McBride is no longer with Fulham; he plays for the Chicago Fire of the MLS.
