Most cars of ALL countries are mostly 4.

Someone I know wants a 5 star on everything, and I only buy American!

Only VOLVO I have seen does all 5.. (owned by Ford)..

Thanks!

  1. There are alot of them..................

  2. I don't buy my cars to crash them. I've been driving since I was 14 (58 now) and I've never crashed a car yet. I would be more concerned with fuel economy and reliability. Buying a car based on a 5 star crash rating is like buying an umbrella based on it's ability to repell meteors.

  3. ^^ That doesn't mean anything since some idiot can blow through a red light or something and hit you.

Anyways from what I understand the Ford Taurus/500 and it's brothers(MKZ and Sable) are really safe. It has all 5 Stars

  4. I only buy american too, and I'm also more concerned about my driving skills and how much metal is around me rather than what someone "rates" a car before I buy it.  I'm more concerned about preventing a crash and not the results afterwards.  Ford owner, and GM lover.
