Ellen MacArthur and her outfit, Offshore Challenges, have announced the inception of the Barcelona World Race, motto being, "Two Crew - Non-Stop." The BWR is going to be raced in Volvo Open 60s (of Vendee Globe fame) and is slated to start in November of 2007, beginning and ending in - you guessed it - Barcelona.
