  1. TVUPlayer is free software that will

    give you 30 or more channels, some in French.

    Sometimes they work, sometimes not.


  2. I frequently watch the news on france2.fr (look for the videos jt - journals televises).

    I know for a fact you can also watch lots of different clips on canalplus.fr from Groland to the Zapping and more.  You have to first sign up but it's free.

    I use the Max-TV viewer. Download from some Belgian site and install. It's free and gives you loads of free channels.
