There are no GPS receivers with a built in radar detector. HOWEVER, there are radar detectors with built-in GPS.

One problem with a GPS receiver that is also a radar detector is the continuing evolution of radar technology. If you bought a GPS with radar detector today, as new radar technology comes along you'd need to upgrade both your GPS and your radar detector; an expensive proposition. This is why most producers of GPS receivers will not develop a GPS receiver that is also a radar detector.
