  1. There are no GPS receivers with a built in radar detector. HOWEVER, there are radar detectors with built-in GPS.

For instance, the Escort Passport 9500i, in addition to being one of the best radar detectors available, also allows you to save the GPS position of a radar trap so that the 9500i will remind you whenever you approach that location again. Another similar alternative is the GPS Mirror, which is pre-loaded with an update-able database of the GPS locations of thousands of stationery speed trap cameras and red light cameras. The GPS Mirror alerts you as you approach the location of these speed traps so that you can check your speed. In addition, the GPS Mirror connects to many of the best radar detectors, providing protection against stationery and non-stationery radar speed traps and red light cameras.

One problem with a GPS receiver that is also a radar detector is the continuing evolution of radar technology. If you bought a GPS with radar detector today, as new radar technology comes along you'd need to upgrade both your GPS and your radar detector; an expensive proposition. This is why most producers of GPS receivers will not develop a GPS receiver that is also a radar detector.
