  1. No and don't be a cheapskate you can buy a brand new for over

    120£ even less.

An old one is a bad idea they could have, well be broken or need major repairs.

  2. You can take out a mobile phone contract and get a free 32" sony Bravia,

    Just google it.

  3. You have obviously missed a zero off the prices.

You can't buy ANY new televisions for £50-£60.  That's the price of an old second-hand television.

  4. If you put £100 in front of that figure - maybe.

otherswise it's Ebay for a broken one...

  5. Hmm...VERY VERY VERY SLIM pickings. There mgiht be one or two of those sets in the world for that low price. Ask yourself this question though, at that price, it's almost guaranteed that it will be "disposable". Do you really want to spend that money on a very CHEAP manufactured and quality set? Buying a cheapie HDTV will definately dissapoint you in picture quality as well, as they won't compare to the picture quality of better known brands. Do yourself a favor, WAIT. Save a little more money, buy yourself a reputable brand tv which you will not be dissapointed with. Here are some brands I recommend...

    LCD

    1. Sony

    2. Samsung

    3 Sharp

    4. Toshiba

    Plasma

    1. Panasonic

    2. Pioneer

    3. Samsung

    4. LG

You'll be much happier in the end, I guarantee it.
