  1. I voted for Hillary and I'm voting for Obama. In other words, I vote a straight ticket, because I understand the party philosophies. I am going for the candidate of my party.

Anyone who goes for race, gender, good looks, etc., doesn't get it!

  2. you mean a woman that actually does what the others talk about.

  3. I can't believe some the females on here think that McCain is being sincere by picking a woman and that he's 'progressive'. This is crazy. If he actually picked an experienced woman,it would hard to argue against his pick, but he didn't. He picked a woman with roughly the same experience as Obama. It is sexist that he thinks he can just buy women's votes by picking a woman. He's using her,and I'm sure she knows that. She's an embarassment to all women because she's letting her self be used for political purposes.

This is a guy who called his ex-wife a 'c*nt',doesn't want birth control covered under health insurance, voted against a bill that would protect women for violence. How is that progressive?

Sarah Palin does NOT stand for the issues that Hillary Clinton fought for

  4. No, she is too inexperienced to take over for McCain.

  5. Millions, and Obamatrons know it.

  6. Not a chance. He chose her because she does not own a p***s and for no other reason.

  7. Hmmm....Let's see:  Hilary stands for:

+ People and social issues over big business.

    + Pro Choice

    + Democratic party

    + Social Equality

On these issues, I'd say "No", but then again, in Pennsylvania she did tout herself as a gun toting NRA member... so I wouldn't be surprised if some do.

  8. They're not--she's NO Hillary. Sorry, but McCain shouldn't assume that women are too dumb to see past the fact he's using Palin because she's a woman.

  9. Just..no.

    Come on.. Palin?

    WORST CHOICE EVER.

  10. I like his chocie and i was for Hillary I think he made a great vp pick

she will fight big oil she has before

  11. lol my neighbor is one and one of my professors.

  12. No.

  13. YES...   MILLIONS  AND  MILLIONS

  14. HECK NO!! I mean, when it came to Hilary and Obama going against each other, I honeslty didn't care who won just as long as one of them got in to try and make this country better! i'm still very tickled about his choice. I mean I honeslty do not think that man chose her because she was the best, and a lot of repulicans r upset about that. I mean, at least Obama chose his running mate because he sincerely thought he would be the right man for the job from his background and what all that man had went through throughout his life. Because I'm not even gonna lie. At first I was like "who the heck is this guy?" until I started learning about him. i believe the republicans were expecting a running mate to really hit it out the ball park, especially since obama had made history for all of those americans showing up to watch him speak, let alone the people outside of the stadium in different states.  the woman is inexperienced (they can't get Obama about that anymore..strike 1) she's being investigated for stuff (strike 2) It is obvious that he chose this woman to win all of Hilary Clinton's voters and YOUNG women which drives the helping him win pretty much out of the window (a bold strike 3 if he think women are that dumb to fall for that) and this man has always voted against women and their rights so he chose her to make it seem like he was for women's rights, let alone that, mccain is kind of up in age, and u never know what can happen. If something were to happen, America has to watch this woman be president and she wouldn't know what the heck she is doing (YOU'RE OUT!) I mean, I honestlsy don't understand it. Although I am a democrat, even I was expecting mccain to make a better choice than that, but he screwed it up. A lot of people are furious about that and I really do understand why. I mean whatever happened to common sense?

  15. To be honest, I was swayed by the DNC's disgraceful treatment of Hillary. His choice of a woman only shows he is more progressive than Obama who had the choice of naming the one qualified woman who was able to  win 18 million votes.

Will you try and convince me otherwise with the same name calling and disparaging remarks you used during the primaries?

  16. NEVER

  17. She looks kinda hot!!!  Perhaps, there could be a role-reversal in the white house, IF McCain gets in there.  She and some intern could be eating a pizza when after that, yada yada yada, one thing leads to another, a cigar is involved, a scandal erupts, and "Hanky Panky in the Oval Office - Part 2" hits a newsstand near you.

  18. She is just like Cheney when it comes to oil.

She will sell American down the drain for a few drops, just like he did.

  19. If there are, then good riddance. They are probably too lame-brained to make it to the polls anyway.

As for the rest of us, we are only swayed in the sense that we are dancing in the aisles. McCain is well known for taking stupid risks. Bad news for the Repos is good news for the Demos, to put it in used car terminology.

  20. nope.. not fooled by McSames's attempt to take my vote!

    Obama/Biden 08!!

  21. Good grief.   This woman hasn't had a chance to catch her breath, much less make a formal speech about herself.  And everybody is "slamming and dissing" her, especially Clinton supporters.  Get over it.  Move on and see if she has any substance, has viable positions and states her issues.  h**l, with Biden, he was spewing his rhetoric the very SAME day.

  22. I was originally a Clinton supporter, but have since switched to Obama and will stay with him.  I vote based on the issues not on the gender or race of the nominee or vp

  23. I am!!!!!!! I am totally gonna vote for someone I'd normally disagree with because of gender.

  24. h**l no

No reason...I wasn't planning on voting for him anyway...doesn't matter who he has for a VP.  I thought for sure it was Lieberman, but this one's a zero too.

  25. NO, because a women is now on the ticket?  I could care less.....it doesn't change the issues...or why I was voting for Hillary...Obama has my vote

  26. Yes. The PUMA blogs are ablaze with support. Giving me the thumbs downing isn't going to change that. Check it out for yourself.

  27. I am keeping an open mind.  Obama is no Hillary, but by the same token, Palin is not Hillary either.
