  1. sure

    network engineer

    computer repair

i mean you'd be staring at computer equipment

but you wouldn't be staring at a monitor

  2. You can work as a part time freelancer at websites like http://getafreelnacer.com/ , http://scriptlance.biz/ , http://eufrelance.com/ ,etc .

  3. Yes, Income Tax (IT) jobs are still computer free jobs in many area.

  4. yes, let me give you a few examples. The list is not inclusive but should give you enough ideas about the jobs out there.

    1. Doing desktop support. The guy at my firm walk around quite a bit in the office, doing new installations, setting up new accounts and talking to end users (colleagues) about their accounts and computers.

    2. Doing home installations for telecommunication, cable companies. You will be traveling to clients' sites installing cable boxes, DSL routers, etc.

    3. Work as a network engineers.  You will be working in front of a monitor from time to time -- hey it is an IT job after all --- but it would be for 8 hours in front of it. Rather you will be talking to clients gathering information and requirements.

I am sure there are many other IT jobs without requiring you to be sitting in front of a monitor, but these should open you to soe of the possibilities.
