Are there any Mining companies in East Timor / Timor Leste?

Does anyone know how I would go about finding out which companies have contracts to mine for oil and other things in East Timor? Are there any companies at all?

shell, exxon, bp are there.  its handled by their australian office.  aust has done lots of help to timor for an ulterior motive - oil!?!  whilst the fighting is going on, exploiting the oil / mineral is going on, some on slower timescale
