Are there any NASCAR fans that hate Jeff Gordon?

He maybe a great racer, but he's got an attitude and he causes a lot of crashes (then again, who doesn't?). Also, is there anyone who hates Jeff Gordon, cause I do. I'm fairly new to NASCAR fandom. And besides, there's other racers that are cooler. For me, it's #20: Tony Stewart.

I hate Jeff Gordon, but i have a huge amount of respect for the guy... Hes a helluva driver and human... he gives alot back. Id rather have alot of drivers win than him, but Id rather see jeff win over alot of other drivers...

Stewart can get into anything with wheels and win, he may be able to win a championship in anything as well. Also a h**l of a driver, but since he started driving a Toyota I dont really care for him. If he gets back to a chevrolet, a stewart win will be more appealing. Hes in a lot of wrecks, but doesnt tend to start them like most other drivers

Wow I think you have been in the sun to long.  Jeff Gordon is pretty mellow he does not have an attitude he is a pretty good guy.  He causes a lot of crashes?  Are you watching the Sprint Cup Series?  Ole Gordo does not cause a buch of wrecks the guy races pretty clean.  You need to keep watching to get your facts straight.  It great you like the #20, everyone needs a hero.  That is guy causes the wrecks and has major cry-baby attitude.  

Your new to NASCAR welcome, but you shouldn't come in here just to bash other drivers.  But I think your just Trollin.

I have never hated Jeff Gordon. He has a great deal of talent behind the wheel and he is hated in a big part due to his success on the track. I am not a Jeff Gordon fan, but also NOT a Kyle Busch or Jimmie Johnson fan (2 other greatly talented drivers.)

Jeff causes a lot of wrecks???? what races have you been watching? not many on the last 10 years anyway....stewie your number 20, denny hamlin, kyle busch, brian vickers, any go or go homer, michael waltrip, now there's some champeen wreck-causers.

Jeff is a damned good driver, and his attitude has changed a lot over the past couple of years.  And since you ARE new to Nascar, you wouldn't know that.  Jeff has grown up a lot, and we Gordon fans are very proud of him.  And yes.  There are a lot of people out there who can't stand him...There are just as many out there who can't stand Stewart or the others.   And Jeff doesn't cause nearly as many wrecks as some of these guys...We all have our drivers.  That doesn't make anyone a good guy, or a bad guy.

i think many nascar fans hate jeff gordon because of the earnhardt/ gordon rivalry!!1 Fans either chose to support Earnhardt or gordon and since Earnhardt represented nascar fans (good ole country boys and gals), then those people hate gordon....i personally love Jeff. He make the sport exciting with his skills on the racetrack and his personality off the track. He is also a  good competitor who likes to call others on there bulls**t!!!!!

Why do we have to hate anyone. He was a rich boy that bought he's was in to the sport. He has talent that for sure. But I think that the reason most people don't like him because of the way he came to the sport.  It didn't help that a few years ago he gave a very bad interview. This  isn't a quote but I remember the interview. The reporter asked Gordon if he thought he would ever be as popular as Jr. His response was his dad was the most popular driver in the sport. He died on the track I can't compete with that.

To be all honest i use to hate Jeff Gordan but i dont now, i respect him now as a driver, him and jr work well together since jr switched over to Hendrick. The driver i hate the most is Kyle Busch, he has ruined the sport and if u noticed hes trying to impersonate an Early Dale Earnhardht, that pisses me off, he will never ever compare to him, so he needs to stop acting and dressing like him with those g*y *** glasses he wears! Go Dale!!! And go Hendrick Motorsports!

I hated him back in the day...when it was the COOL thing to do.  I never really knew why, just did.  I still don't pull for him unless he's the only Chevy guy up front.  

I think he's a decent guy off the track though...he seems like a great father, so at least I have one nice thing to say about him.

I have been watching nascar for ten years. Tony Stewart causes a lot more wrecks that Jeff Gordon, and 90 percent of the time, he blames someone else. He actually blamed himself for the first time at dover but he was being sarcastic. Jeff Gordon is a good guy who vary rarely causes wrecks. I don't know what you have been watching. I don't hate Jeff Gordon. It is not about being cool. You see them on the track. You have no idea how they act off the track
