Several.  Q&A sites but depends what you want to know about.  Since I live in Japan and like to ask questions about Japan I spend a lot of time on http://us.okwave.com

Supposedly they are preparing to offer auto-translation of Q&A so you can freely talk to people in Japan/China/etc.

Looking forward to it.  I checked their Japanese site http://www.okwave.jp and they have a lot of Q&A so hopefully it can rival some of the other big sites (Yahoo Answers, Askville, Yedda, AnswerBank)
