Are there any Open Houses for "Trac" homes in the Orange County area that are like Lennar? ?

Are there any other "Trac" home distributors in the Orange County area like Lennar and KB? Im looking for some "Trac" or "Pre-fab" Open Houses I can go to this weekend. I really like Lennar homes and they have Open houses 7 days a week in the city of Buena Park near Anaheim (the area I live in) and I am looking for other home distributors like them that have Open Houses I can go to. PLEASE ONLY REPLY WITH THE NAMES OF DISTRIBUTORS LIKE LENNAR HOMES AND WHERE OPEN HOUSES WILL BE AROUND THE ORANGE COUNTY AREA NEAR ME! THANK YOU :-)

Pardee (Ladera Ranch) is open I believe 7 days a week. I am also sure Shea is, too (Aliso Viejo) but from personal experience, I would avoid Shea Homes. They will try and get you to agree to buy their homes and not agree to a completion date nor will they give you prices of upgrades and not-included items until you put down a deposit & sign a purchase contract claiming the design studio is too busy.

Not sure on your price range, but I highly recommend going to Talega and checking out their models. Pretty sure they start in the high 600's and the sky is the limit.
