This site has to have the question i asked in a free mebership, there cannot be any premium or upgrade involved. I want to earn only from the site, i dont want to take any risks.

The type of site you are asking for would be hard to find. Below are my answers with payout, clicks per day, and upgraded clicks per day (even though you want to keep it free) I've been doing Paid to Click since December 2006 and these are the best answers I can give you

Since I couldn't think of any that had 30 clicks per day as a free member but I knew of some that had payout of less than $5 I suggested them. I haven't come across a site that has exactly the requirements you requested.
