  1. l agree with the person who first answered.Yes,they are still around plenty,especially in Queensland.


  2. no there are none in NSW they only deliver in NSW not sure on other states tho

  3. Check by ringing your local - I think they are slowly disappearing.  I live in WA and I knew of three restaurants, all have since closed down which is a shame - I think companies like Sizzlers have taken over the "cheap" restaurants like Pizza Hut.
