Most of the shops near you seem to be focused on inline skating and blading supplies, but the Roller Skating Association shows 23 rinks in New York. Hopefully one is near Long Island:

Usually a local skating rink will carry supplies for all types of skating equipment. Anything they don't stock can be special ordered.
