Does anyone know which colleges do midwifery in the west of Scotland. I'm in Motherwell and I want to study midwifery but the only one I can find is Glasgow Caledonian, who are offerring a midwifery degree to already qualified midwifes, and I found one in Perth but its too hard for me to get to Perth. I want to get into an access course for nursing and midwifery. I Thought Langside college in Glasgow did it but when I went to there website I couldn't find anything about midwifery.Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks

  1. University of the West of Scotland, with a campus in Hamilton (formerly Bell College) does a midwifery degree. I'm doing my nursing there. My friend is a student midwife at Caledonian, and she isn't qualified.
