Are there any US universities which give financial aid to transfering international students.?

I currently attend the University of the West Indies and I would like to transfer out to a US university.

Yes, you can get Scholarship as International Student in U.S. University, but usually you will have to wait for 1 or 2 semesters. Till then you can look for part time jobs. There are also cases where, if you have very good credentials, you will get scholarship along with admission.
