  1. First off I just have to say WOW...that is very ignorant. South Americans do care about education and they have both High Schools and Universities. It's just that not all people are as privileged as us to receive higher education not that they don't CARE.

To answer the real question now...of course their are Universities in Cuba and South America. How do you think all of the citizens of those countries get their education lol? Not all people can afford to travel to the U.S. to study. Cuba actually has some of the best medical facilities and programs in the world. My cousin is studying medicine in Cuba and traveled their all the way from Argentina because they have such a good reputation for that.

I am not positive of the names but you should do an internet search for Universities/Colleges in the particular area you want to study.

    buena suerte;)

  2. Aer you serious with this question? Yes of course there are universities in cuba and all over south america. Every country has multiple universities and some of them are excellent.

  3. Of course!!! there are a lot of universities, colleges, high schools, etc in South America including Cuba...

  4. in Cuba...? lol... if you want to be brainwashed in comunist ideology by all means.....lol......!

as for South America....why do you think people from all over (including South America) come to the US for college?

  5. If you are US citizen, you can't go to Cuba.

Otherwise, there are good colleges in Mexico. One of them is the "Tec de Monterrey", which is located in Monterrey, northern Mexico.

  6. Dear James,

yes, there are universities in Cuba and South America! South America is not a forbidden jungle in the middle of nowhere! Each different country in South America has at least 5 to 10 different univerisites and let me tell you they not only are widely recognised but most of them have some form of alliance with other universities in either US or Europe and there are lots of student exchanges.

In the case of Cuba is much much limited and the curriculum is obviously controlled by communism.

  7. South America doesn't care about education, they don't have universities, I don't think they even have high schools.
