I want to be a chef and hopefully open a shop in Cali that offers Vegan foods and vegetarian.. but what college would and could I go to? please help!

There's one in Texas called The Natural Epicurean, and The School Of Natural Cookery in Colorado, and The Natural Gormet Institute in NY.
