Are there any WV NASCAR Teams, or Drivers?

Question

I've looked through NASCAR, and ARCA driver profiles. I didn't see anyone from WV. Did I overlook someone? Drivers seem to come from everywhere else.

Brett Rowe he's from barborsville, sometimes he drives in the nationwide series. Im from WV too and i would like to see as full time driver make it all the way!

Brett Rowe is from Barboursville, WV.  He drives occasionally in the Nationwide Series.
