Hmm.  You sound like you want to start at the end.  None of the things you ask about will make you an actor if you are not one to begin with.  You gotta get in a lot of plays and learn all about acting before trying to be a pro.

go to COCA center of creative arts. It in University city I LOVE IT THERE~!!!!

they have acting, dance, singing, art!! EVERYTHING

Ask your acting teacher, or find one yourself.

If you can't locate acting classes in St. Louis, don't act, it's obviously not the ideal career choice for you.

If you want to act, you have to be resourceful.  You're not cut out for it.
