Are there any acting classes for teens with a low price???

I know like the John Robert Power's acting class costs a lot of money but I don't know any other acting classes that will have a lower price.

I would suggest your high school drama club to start with. That way, while you are learning there, you can save up money for a more professional class. To find a cheaper one then John Robert Powers, just Google: Professional Acting Schools in --------------- (your area)
