I can't stand drinking milk, but I know that milk and its contents are good for you. What can I drink that has the same benefits of drinking regular milk? Other than sugar, is chocolate milk really that bad for you?

  1. Try getting a low-fat chocolate milk. You still get the same vitamins and calcium, but it tastes a little better and has less fat and calories than regular chocolate milk.

You can always try to take calcium suppliments. I take Viactive twice a day - it has your reccommended amount of calcium and vitamins D and K. They are little soft chews that taste like caramel.

  2. It's just the added sugar, although a glass of regular milk still has at least 13 g of sugar in it:) ....  Try Vanilla or Chocolate soymilk.  8th Continent is really good (better than silk).   You can also buy strawberry milk, or strawberry Nestle's Quik.

  3. organic milk tastes different than regular milk so I would try that or soy milk.  But too much chocolate milk I think would be bad
