Are there any additional fees when buying a used car?

I know when buying a new car, you need to pay freight, PDI, taxes, and a bunch of other "fees" on top of the price. Is this the same for buying a used car, or are the prices usually all-in?

Here in the States you have to pay registration fees and license fees but those are all paid to the state, not the dealer.

Fees vary widely from state to state and sometimes from one town to the next.

Even buying from a parivate party, there are registration fees that are like a sales tax that you must pay before you can register the car and obtain license plates.

I can tell you what the fees are for my community, but you have not supplied any information about where your  are buying the car or where you are registering the car, so it is impossible to tell you what fees or taxes you must pay.
