  1. One big disadvantage to the elliptical is that you have to adjust your stride length to the machine. If you have short legs, you will probably be overstriding, if you have long legs, you will probably be shortening your natural stride.

    It's a one-size-fits-all machine, but this isn't a one-size-fits-all world.


  2. Ellipticals are a lot easier on your knees.
