It depends on your area, country, and the type of Sea Scouts you have. It&#039;s best to check with your local group. For example, the person above me said 14-20, but here the Sea Scouts is 12-18.

In a lot of areas it 14- 20,but in some areas it can be as early as 10. check with your local chapter or look for your area at their site:
