Are there any agencies besides cuba travel usa to travel from US to CUBA?

I am going with out a US issued permit.

American travel agencies will not assist you with travel to Cuba if you do not have a proper government license to travel.

You'll have to make your own arrangements through a third country if you choose to break the law and go without a license.

You won't be able to travel from the US straight to Cuba without an OFAC travel license.

The only thing you can do is travel via a 3rd country, such as Canada or Mexico and pay for your ticket there. And it should be done in cash to avoid paper trails as well.

You will need a tourist card and that will be provided by the tour operator or airline that you will travel with.

So try to book when you arrive in Canada or Mexico with a travel agency and take it from there.
