Are there any agencies similar to Peace Corps for US residents not citizens?

I would really like to join the Peace Corps after college, but I'm only a US resident and am still waiting for citizenship (maybe 1 more year after graduating). I'd rather not wait until I become a citizen and so I was wondering if there are any other organizations that's as well known as the Peace Corps and similar in goals for US residents?

What country are you a citizen of? England, Canada, Japan, France, Germany and many other countries have their own versions of the PeaceCorps, which place highly-skilled citizens of their country in work that lasts one-two years. I have  some of these listed here:

You need to talk to immigration, however, to make sure working outside the USA for one-two years will at all jeopardize your application for USA citizenship.
