that are single, and cant afford to pay for utilities and rent? my state is louisiana..it is poor...please answer respectfully.

nothing that can help specifically with that I know of.  You can get as others say food stamps WIC and maybe TANF but i think you need to have kids already for  that.

you should try and get approved for tanf (temporary assistance for needy family's) Medicaid for medical and food stamps and wic (women infants and children) for food just look up these offices in your area department of health and human services and the wic office
