  1. - MicroLactin supplementation is superior to glucosamine, but you can take both, they work synergistically.

    - MSM is good, especially when taken with chondroitin.

    - DMSO - reseach this, this is the best natural anti-inflammatory, pain killer, retards/stops the progression of chronic degenerative diseases, anti-cancer and it stimulates tissue repair. This small paragraph fails to give true justice to the many beneficial properties of DMSO. Take internally/IV, and topically.

Also consider buying a PERL, www.resonantlight.com, they have a newsletter on that website detailing the therapeutic effects of Rife Technology on Animals, like horses, as the FDA have put so much pressure on this company they cannot even use testomonies from humans, and cannot even explain what the machine does, it only says 'may control pathogens'.

Rife High Tone Frequency machines work great for arthritis, the PERL works as a TENS unit {acts like a pain killer, stops pain} and stimulates repair mechanisms.

Check out rifeforum.com, www.rife.de, Yahoo Rife Group{theres a video on there showing how Rife technology has been copied, for artritis, its called 'High Tone Therapy'.

    http://www.rife.de/high-tone_therapy.htm...

Although its maker, claims it works for more than just arthritis, but his keeping that information under wraps.

    - Also Omega 3 1000 - 2000mg+, this inhibits the COX-2 Inflammatory response which is rife in arthritis. Strictly, Nordic Naturals brand or Carlson's brand, they are pharmaceutical grade, and need to be refrigerated, otherwise they are at risk of becoming rancid and oxidising, which renders the omega 3 useless, and can be bad for health. Alternatively, consume 3 portions of oily organic fish per week, no more, since mercury levels will bio-accumulate in your fat tissue {adipose tissue}.

    Hope this helps.

  2. yes there are many some are even accepted by MD's. i would recommend "dragons claw" as a catylist for your herb remedy then add your other herbs in lesser quantities. white willow bark.valerian root and theres so many more you can try i cant remember them all but any herb emporium can help you with a remedy of selected (tried and proven) formulas

  3. Glucosamine is proven to work really well. Since the medical community has not been  able to come up with a cure for arthritis, people take glucosamine. I saw that some people recommend MSM but based on my research on the internet MSM does not really work, it is a marketing trick. But this is just from what i know. look at the source below

  4. My dad has an arthritic knee and hands. Lots of pain,

going on for years. Started taking glucosamine chondroitin

    pain gets better.

I start having arthritis pain in my thumb 6 months ago.

Start taking glucosamine  1500 mg chondroitin  compound

    daily (equate from wal mart)

    and my pain goes away.

Its supposed to lubricate the joints. and strengthen the joints

If you have diabetes, glucosamine  will adversely affect your blood sugar levels.

  5. My herbal drink has made my mother-in-law recover from her arthritis.  It is like a cure-all for many ailments.  My friends who tried it recovered from their asthma and diabetes problems.  It is comprised of 5 power herbs.  The most powerful herb, moringa, is even known to cure cancer.  Search the web for Moringa and you’ll know what I mean.

  6. Well, there are several natural supplements that help joint health, which may remove the cause of the pain. The most popular are Microlactin, Tart Cherries, Glucosamine, Chondroitin, MSM, Hyaluronic Acid, Litozin (Danish Rose Hips), and Bromelain.

The only thing to really watch out for is allergies. Glucosamine is typically from Shellfish and Microlactin is from milk. As long as you're not allergic to those, you should have no problem. Good luck!
