the 1st one that came to mind were  .. Ants  .. lol

very smart ..  their homes (ant hills) have different chambers or rooms and are served for different purposes.  1 area is for food storage .. another for babies .. another for the queen ant etc   ..  then different ants have different roles  lol

Very interesting question...

All animals have organized societies just not the same point as the Human, and not the same way, Haven't you noticed that ants go to the exact same place and that bees work together to build the same thing under the "orders" of a ruler?

Some people would argue that those animals behave like this once they're born and cannot create their own rules and society, but I think there is more to this subject than meets the eye. Also the fact that animals communicate in their own way makes us believe that we have the only organized society in the world, but in fact having a language is a proof of having a culture, or at least, that's how it is with humans.

I am not an expert in Animal Behavior but I can of course tell you, that all animals have an "organized culture" to a certain degree, it is just us that do not know all about it.
