i dont know much because i like my anime to be japanese with subtitles

but does the cartoon Doraemon counts?

its quite old but i know its still on t.v. in Vietnam

Yeh there are quite many acutally. We have Than Dong Dat Viet. Funny stuff but I'm not sure if it comes in English though
