  1. If you are in argentinia, ask around.  If the person (or people) you want to give the gift to are in your country or new to your area. Then follow your country's tradition with a detailed explanation of what the items are and the meaning behind the gift. This can be a nice welcome to a new city or culture, rather than trying to recreate something you might get wrong.


  2. I would say... Have plenty of Yerba Mate and grilled steak and Argentinian FUTBOL.  When i visited Buenos Aires 7 mo ago thats all they offered me.  Just don't have tacos and beans Argentinians are very sensitive if you compare their culture to Mexican
