Sure. In the Pacific, Punta Chame, Coronado and Rio Mar are about 45-50 min from Panama City.

In the Atlantic, Isla Grande is worth the visit, but it takes 2 hours to get there.

Panama city is located in the Panama province, it is about a 1 hour and 30 minutes drive from downtown panama to the province limit if you go trough the interamerican road, the road follows the coastline so there are lots of beaches, the nearest are about a 25 minute drive. among these beaches you can find Chame, Malibu, Santa Clara, Coronado, El Palmar, Gorgona, San Carlos, Playa Blanca, Punta Barco, Farallon, Corona, and Juan Hombron. all the beaches I mentioned are within an hour drive.
