Are there any beauty pageants that allow contestants with previous nude modeling experience to enter?

I am a previous pageant girl, then I had an opportunity to do Playboy. It's been a few years since, but if anyone did a little research you could find the issues. I really would like to get back into it but I can't find one that doesn't have a specific rule in their application.

Not any good ones.

The whole point of a beauty pageant is to find the perfect, girl-next-door, well rounded and INNOCENT girl that could represent the country/state respectfully.  Even if they do let you slide with your history of nude modeling, when word gets out, they wouldn't have a choice but to disqualify you or if you won anything, take your crown.

Well, do beauty pageants ask these things? It's not like they'll check your whole background or do they?
