  3. I am never in bed after 6am and usually wake around 5am. I walk and watch wildlife and if you don't get up early or stay up late you miss so much. The Spring dawn chorus at 4am is a memorable experience and the sight of red deer bellowing on a misty autumn morning are well worth seeing.

  5. The time doesn't seem to make much difference, BUT there is medical evidence which suggests that you will be healthier if you follow the same sleep/wake routine every day.  Go to bed at the same time each night and arise at the same time each day.
