Are there any bicycling trails for road bikes in Newport beach, CA???

Any trails nearby hotel Hyatt in Newport beach?? Or even a short drive ( 30 min- to 50 min ) by car to get to the actual trail is fine. Any roads without cars or very low traiffic would work too.

Roads without cars or light traffic is a tall order in Newport Beach. You see tons of roadies on the PCH. If you are going to be in town on business/vacation (clue: Hyatt) then why not try to find some local bike clubs and join up for one of their rides? They know the area...
