Yes.  In fact about half the top 500 companies in the US use SAP.  Rio Tinto, a $40 billion mining company in Australia (with operations on 6 continents) uses SAP.  And, for about 5-6 years now, SAP has been selling a smaller product for very small companies.  There are literally tens of thousands of companies using SAP.
