PCA itself does not exist. I do not know why it is so popular.

Remember, don't expect these to be exaclty like a TV school that doesn't exist. You di dpost this in the special ed section, so I wonder if you have any learning difference. If you do, some of these schools may not be your best bet. If not, you're all good.
