was amazing, and a not too deep read but you couldnt put the book down

Michael Faber's 'The Crimson Petal and the White' could translate well into serial. I'd like to see the color and vibrance the book depicts on screen.

On the other hand, I don't think any kind of adaption would do the book justice, and for dedicated readers it's just as easy to imagine the smells and scenes.

I'm longing to see Tolkien's 'The Silmarillion' on screen, TV if well made will do just fine.
