oh dear!  You want it to be "special" but you consider that hiring a woman will make it special!

Probably you will raise your eyebrows and dismiss this, but the only "special" way is when you are in a relationship and have the emotions to accompany the experience.

A quick wham bam thank you maam at a brothel is never going to compete with that - no matter how young, pretty or skinny the woman is!
