  1. OMG !!!! U wanna see a bull , an insont bull die  !!! Ya , I guess u havent seen how they treat them !!! SO have fun !!!!! Watching a bull die!!!!!!!!!

  2. Not on the 5th but on the 6th at the Las Ventas Stadium. Check www.bullfightticketsmadrid.com

  3. Dates in Spain usually only get released 10 days before the fight. (unless it is part of the professional circuit or festivals). Be sure you are truly seeing a bullfight. Most people wrongly believe they have seen a bullfight when they haven't. (90%)This is why many people think they are cruel, barbaric etc. The truth is a true bullfight is about strength, beauty & passion. It is an art NOT a sport. There are approx 26 other forms of bull sports in Spain which most people THINK are bullfights. i.e corrida de novilladas which is more like a training practice for up and coming fighters but they are not yet matadors and there is likely to be some torturing of the bull due to their inexpertise. True bullfights are expensive but well worth it. I would avoid corridas novilladas (held at same time, in same locations) as you will not be seeing the real art and skill. Only true bullfights are heavily governed to avoid undue pain to the bull and prevent cheating (shaving of horns etc).

A real bullfight "corrida de toros" is breathtaking and can take your breathe away. At this top level every bull is killed more painlessly, quickly and with more honour than in most abbatoirs in any country.  Usually held on Sundays but can be every night during festivals. Contact the plaza de toros 10 days before you go or just pick one up a few days before at any official vendor (signs outside shops, usually tobacco shops), avoid ticket touts. Buy in the shade if you can afford it and avoid de novillidas. Enjoy the masterpiece!
