Unfortunately, I don't know the answer to your question since I don't live in those countries. There is a lot of helicopter activity there, however, so you should be able to find something. I recommend asking your question on the forums of the following helicopter industry websites. You will be much more likely to find a pilot who knows the answer.

I was surfing the net today and stumbled upon this flight school listing in NZ. I don't know anything about them at all, or whether they are good or not. It looks like they fly Schweizer helicopters which is definitely a good sign. Shoot them a mail and see what happens. Even if they are too far away from where you live, perhaps they can recommend another school to you.
