Are there any casino/dealer schools in the St. Louis area?

I would like to get hired on as a poker dealer by one of the local casinos (and then relocate in the future if the opportunity arises), I was told I needed to go to a dealer school, but cannot find any in the area. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I believe the Alton Belle (Argosy) operates a dealer school for their dealers. My buddy attended it years ago.

One of my friends went to dealer school at Ameristar about 2 years ago and when he completed the classes they hired him. He had to go to class a few nights a week for a month or two if I remember right. I believe he also looked into doing it at Harrah's but the schedule didn't work for him so that's how he ended up at Ameristar. He said most big places outside the state (Vegas casinos, cruise ships, etc.) will not hire you without at least 1 year of experience. He got hired in Reno this past winter and he hasn't been back to St. L since.
